Forstau Toll Road
Free use of the 7.5 km long toll road to the beautiful Alpine pasture area in Forstau-Winkl.
Take the 7.5 km long gravel road to the large, fenced car park at the Vögeialm (1360m).
From the Vögeialm there are beautiful hikes to the Oberhütte (1860m) with the Oberhüttensee lake (90 min.), via the Klamml to the Oberhütte and back to the Vögeialm (4.5 hrs.), as well as via the Klamml to the Seekarspitze (2350m) 3.5 hrs.
Short circular hike from the Vögeialm via the Fallhausalm and back to the Vögeialm (40 min).
From the Oberhütte to the Steirische Kalkspitze (2459m) 90 min.
From the Oberhütte to the Lungauer Kalkspitze ( 2471m) 90 min.
